New EMR needs a job this winter

Postby vayechi » Sun Nov 02, 2014 11:52 am

Hi everyone!

I am newly registered as EMR with ACP and have sent my resume to companies last month Oct 2014.

What is my chance getting in industrial EMS?

How much is an average day rate?
I was contacted by a company up in Edmonton and thye give $225 + $45 for subsistence.

I have all the tickets and had previous experience as local EMT in Kuwait.

Please give me a suggestion.

Thanks.

$225 is very low in the pay scale. You should be making at least $300/12hr shift + your sub. There is a lot of great medical company's in Red Deer, I would suggest checking them out.
Always checkout more then one company and compair offers... especially in the oil industry.

Stay Safe out there!
