Smoke, isn't there a program in NFLD and Lab. that small dept.'s can buy units from other NFLD dept's for a dollar or something? We just sold our pumper to a place over there...they got a great truck. I guess there were no NFLD trucks to be had. I know most dept's in the states are buying up trucks...

A scene consists of more than just the vehicle or vehicles in the accident. The scene includes any evidence the RCMP would need to determine the cause of the crash, any patients thrown clear of vehicles, etc.. A vehicle being extricated is a task to be done within the scene. I myself would find it ...
