Our department does the training and testing in house, and it's part of our probationary requirements. The medical portion is done by the departments doctor. This is the only training that we don't get paid for but it doesn't cost us anything other than our time.

Like most others, we have the one on front with the municipality and station on it with a label that has our name and on the sides we have our number.

We have just changed our vehicle numbers to go with the mutual aid. We now have a 4 digit number on our vehicles. The first is the type of apparatus S=Squad (Rescue), R=Rescue (Heavy), P= Pumper, T=Tanker. The second is the municipality 9=Loyalist Twp. The third is the station 1=Odessa, 2=Amherst Is...
