If the rumours are true about a February class, then it should be soon I would think I was told November. November for the new opening, or for the next class? I heard opening, not start of next class, however like bigsmoke mentioned, everything is subject to change with this city. Literally one day...

It would most likely be around 16 weeks. With the inspection/prevention aspect it won't be 13.
