Well if that is the case with only having to breathe on a spoon and if it fogs up, we can get hired...then I guess it is safe to say that the majority of us potential recruits just got "forked" out of a chance to get hired this year with Central York.

I would have to agree with the post above. Many of us who are more than qualified with meeting and exceeding the minimum requirments, have been looked over in this style of recruitment, and it has cast a shadow of negativity towards not only the department, but us as the potential new recruits.
