I decided this week to make March 6 my stop day. It gives me just under 2 weeks to decide if cold turkey is the way to go, or use the patch. So 11 days from now I should join the rank and file (knock on wood). I think this time it will work because I want it, not because someone says too.

Also how is everyone else doing ?? no restarters I hope

Good for you... if I can do it then just about anybody can. It's been 12 days for me.. I used the patch for the first 10, the last couple I've done without it.

No rekindles here.

Why beat yourself up.You have the major hurdle sorted.......YOU want to quit.I used step 1 and 2 of the patch,it helped with the physiological cravings prolly much of the mental cravings too.

Good luck and dont give, in the cravings will pass in about 5 minutes.

19 months and counting. The patch helped alot. Hang in there and don't give in.
