Going through recruitment and I am craving so much sugar/salt
Like above says, I am currently going through recruit training and doing some long strenuous burns during the day. I am fairly fit and in good health but the past little bit, especially after fires I have been craving so much stuff I don't normally crave.
I know that after strenuous activity your body is wanting to replenish the lost glycogen, etc. But this is a whole new level for me and I am just wondering if anyone else has encountered this going through recruit training and anything you might have done to counter the cravings.
