I'm planning to start a Pre-Service Firefighter program in Sept 2015 so I have a year to get ahead of physical training. I tend to do better with a structured program in a group or with a personal trainer rather than on my own.
I can't afford a personal trainer at the moment so I was checking out Fit Factory Fitness (dot com) and Alpha Obstacle Training (dot com) in Toronto, both of which are located close to me. Does anyone have any experience with them? Or can you recommend other bootcamps or programs?
