Yeah that happened to me as well.

Just write it out in note pad, take the contents from that, and paste in that little text box.

I believe it was a 500 character count, not word. Which would explain the short text box.

Anyone have any information in regards to how many they are looking at for hire with this recruitment?

I don't have any official sources, but based on what the Deputy Chief said at last years test it would be 8.

Yes, the written test was last Thursday. Nothing yet for the practical test if that's what you were referring too.

Wow. The deadline was Monday and test on Thursday. That went fast. Good luck once again to everyone who wrote.

Quick deadline then test date, I was assuming/hoping the next stage would be the same. Has anyone received any word?
