Ever hear of anyone failing the medical ?
Yes it has happened. Same with criminal record checks and references. There are also some drop outs from time to time for various reasons. That's what I've heard atleast.

Just got the "congratulations you were succesful in the interview and will be considered for the next class" email. Any idea what this actually means?

Did the email have a CJO attached or medics instructions ?

Nope. Just said I will be considered in the next round of hiring. At that time, I will proceed to the next stage of the process, i.e. medical assessment.

I also just received the “you were successful but” email. Does this mean we go straight to the medical portion once they need more positions filled? And if so any idea when that might be?

Got my rejection email. This was my 2nd interview. Maybe time to try a different department :(
