Sparky2018 I hope so as well. The higher the number the better our chances 😆

Speaking with a few captains on some of my calls, they've heard anywhere between 150-200 this year...so I'm guessing 3-4 classes of 50ish.

That would be awesome, but I’m wondering how many more classes they can do this year, seeing as the current class started last Monday for 16 weeks. I’ve heard that the next class is slated for September, but again, just a rumour. Would be great if that was true though!

I see what your saying. They may be including this current class in that number. Any idea how long it takes for interviews after doc review goes in?

From what I can see going back through old posts, looks like its typically 2-4 weeks (ish?) after document requests, so hopefully soon!

Does anyone know about the testing stage of the hiring process #3 before the panel interview

Check out www.firehousetraining.ca or email me at info@firehousetraining.ca and I can help you out or clarify any part of the OFAI testing process. Thanks!

Looks like it will be 50 to start right after the current class finishes, as per the Toronto Fire union magazine. Hopefully that means interviews shortly!

I know what you're talking about, step 3 as outlined on the TFS website before interviews (not OFAI Stage 3). As far as I know, there hasn't really been anything from that section done previously. Believe the process is document requests, interviews, medicals, reference and criminal record checks, orientation. Could be wrong on this though, but I've never heard of anyone having to do other tests than the ones required to apply. Hope this helps!

Anyone think interview calls may be happening this week?
