Last year they interviewed 20-25 for 10 positions.

When you guys apply and they do not mention anything about adding certifications but there is a spot to attach certifications (doesn't say to add them or do not add them), do you guys attach it or keep it as basic as possible with just the resume and cover letter?

I did resume and cover letter as stated. Then I added the 3 in and then went back into the profile and added in all the other important certs
