The Centre City Team will drive around in a special ambulance, a miniature version of the ones commonly used, and will respond directly to problems and patients in the downtown core, said EMS spokesman Ben Morgan. They have received special training in dealing with the challenges of the downtown needs, said Morgan. They will assess the needs of people who dont necessarily need a hospital or police.
