I don't know of any companies flying in flying out
Firefighters but I know some companies
Flying air hands and safety hands to their northern sites (NWT )
You would have to live near a major hub like Edmonton or Calgary.

If their is a company that does the fly in fly out
For oilfield or frac fire fighters, I'd also like to know.

Cheers

I'm pretty sure the major ones do so (the ones that been around for awhile).
You would have to call and inquire if they have any contracts for up north that require a safety hand or air hand.
HSE, Trojan, Bravo, perhaps fire power.

I know there's a security company that does the fly in fly out-
Scarlet security

I guess all you do is sign people in and out, and keep an eye on things.

Hope that helps somewhat.

Cheers

My not sure if I worded this properly. I am looking for a company that has a work schedule that would work for a fly in fly out, same amount of time in as out 12 on 12 off or similar. Would be nice if they covered flights but I haven't found a company that does. Thanks for taking the time to respond to me and sharing your knowledge.

This is my experience/knowledge on the subject, and it might vary with another person lending insight:

The remote gigs usually see either a long time employee or a contract/day rate person of reasonable experience taking the slot.

I have never heard of one of the oilfield firefighting companies doing fly in/out. Not to say it doesn't happen, my experience is dated since I left Alberta to go international, but I'd be surprised. There are loads of guys willing to relocate or living locally to fill the slots.
