I just went back through the emails, and they never asked for references. I`m pretty sure I added mine to the folder that had my resume at the first interview, but that was definitely not asked for. Sorry to everyone about the confusion!

yes you guys are correct, before interview #2, they asked for like 4-5 of my certs and checked off what i had.. i guess that slipped my mind lol

but as far as references go, i was never formally asked to submit them yet, so i have not submitted them.

heres hoping they will ask soon!

I was asked for all my certifications for the second interview. It didn't request references in that email. Yes, all second interviews were done last week. (I have a friend who works for Brampton who told me that)
Anyone else out there have any insight?
Confirmed. Interviews are over.

CJO will probably be sent in January (ish)

With all the departments opening up, you would assume they would let candidates know sooner than later. Why spend the resources interviewing - twice, and have candidates go to other departments waiting for them to email or call. Odd system.

Agreed, I was hoping we weren't going to have to wait until after Christmas/New years to hear back.

Spring recruit class is on hold, as the city is unsure of how many are actually retiring now.

Just means the late summer recruitment will be a bigger class, if the spring recruitment doesnt go through.
